Fishin’ Around - 1931

Some images from the new Deluxx Fluxx pop-up arcade opening today at Art Basel Miami through the 7th. Created by NYC street artists Faile and Bast, the arcade features handmade beautiful psychedelic street collage consoles, new videogames, foosball and pinball. Wish I could see it in person.-LT
Take a turn with the specially created and programmed video games and pinball machines, or play a round of psychedelic foosball. Harkening back to the golden age of arcade games, contemporary punk rock and graffiti culture, this neon-laden, interactive, mixed media installation gives the audience a chance to genuinely engage with the work without feeling the pressure of the traditional gallery environment.
Ghandi didn’t say this. Martin Luther King Jr didn’t say this. Jesus Christ didn’t say this. MOTHERFUCKING MEWTWO SAID THIS ENLIGHTENING SHIT RIGHT HERE

“But if you forget to reblog Madame Zeroni, you and your family will be cursed for always and eternity.”
NOT RISKING IT
I may generally prefer anime storyboarding with its interesting angles, but one downside is that unlike western cartoons, it’s harder to take in the entire silhouette of a character’s body when every angle is stylish. And DL characters do have some really great silhouettes. So images like this totally serve their purpose.
I tagged this Kill la Kill to get KLK fans to watch Dead Leaves because it’s by Imaishi and occasionally very similar in tone, sorry.
